For school groups & franchises
Scale your standard, not your chaos.
Every new campus should feel like part of the same institution - not a fresh start. Cyber Campus gives school groups one platform, one set of academic and operational standards, and complete oversight across every location.
The challenge
Growth usually means more systems, not more control.
Opening a second campus often means duplicating processes from scratch. By campus five, no two locations run quite the same way - and head office is working from six different versions of the truth.
The problem is rarely effort. It is that each campus’s systems were never designed to roll up into a group.
How Cyber Campus helps
One installation. Many schools. Strict walls between them.
Multi-campus isn’t a reporting feature bolted on at the end. Tenancy runs through the data model, so isolation and consolidation are the same mechanism.
Head-office visibility
See every campus from one login instead of six. Head office reads across the group; a campus admin still only ever sees their own campus.
Genuine data isolation
Every record carries its school and campus and is filtered on the way out of the database - so campuses in the same group cannot see each other’s students, fees or ledgers.
Roles that belong to a campus
“Teacher at City Campus” is a different role from “Teacher at Main Campus”. A campus administrator cannot edit another campus’s roles, users or staff.
Campus comparison
Campuses ranked side by side on revenue, profit and margin, so a performance conversation starts from one agreed set of numbers.
Shared academic standards
One curriculum outcome framework, one question bank approach and one report card standard can travel across the group, while each campus keeps its own timetable and staff.
Consolidated financials
A chart of accounts is seeded per school and per campus, so each campus keeps clean books and head office still gets one financial picture.
Statements that add up across campuses
A school-wide trial balance, balance sheet and profit and loss show one line per account rather than the same account repeated per campus - matched on what the account is, not on a code two campuses may have typed differently.
Openings read from each campus’s own close
A consolidated opening balance is the sum of every branch’s opening, each taken from that campus’s most recent year-end close - so a campus that closed later does not quietly drop out of the group’s figures.
Shared catalogues, one standard
Fee types and expense categories are merged across campuses, so the group reports on one set of names instead of reconciling five spellings of the same thing.
Open a branch, read-only
Head office can switch its view to any branch it owns and read every screen as that branch sees it. Writes are refused while viewing, with a banner saying so, so a review can never be mistaken for an edit.
Branches and franchises are different money
A campus is marked as an owned branch or a franchise. Franchise income stays out of the group’s own dashboard and statements, and a franchise never appears in the branch switcher - head office sees it through royalty instead.
Royalty invoicing
Royalty invoices raised from the main campus against franchise campuses only - head office never bills itself - with payments recorded and tracked against them.
Open a campus in days
A new campus is provisioned with its chart of accounts, account mappings, document templates, message templates and role set already in place.
“Opening your second campus shouldn’t mean rebuilding your systems. Neither should opening your twentieth.”
